The spacious double room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of meetings. The soundproofing was a blessing-I didn't hear a peep from the outside world. Each morning, we enjoyed a generous continental breakfast, and I highly recommend indulging in their local wines-it truly elevated our experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel at home; their hospitality made all the difference. I had some downtime to relax by the outdoor pool, which was a serene escape, a perfect spot for conversations with my colleagues about coral reef conservation. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing easy day trips to nearby attractions like the stunning Ducal Palace in Gimarães.
